Welcome to the Front Royal Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department’s website. We appreciate you taking the time to look at what we have created. Please use the links on either side of the pages to help you navigate throughout our site. Make a donation, buy a t-shirt, sign our guestbook, check out our videos, or just look at some pictures of incidents that we have responded too.
We are located in the northern part of Virginia, appoximately 60 miles west of our nation’s capital in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. We house two ambulances, two engines, a 105’ Quint, an Advanced Life Support Suburban, a Chevrolet Impala Command Unit, and the only Rescue Squad in Warren County. We are a combination of volunteers and career staff that leaves our station staffed 24 hours a day. This Department responds to nearly 3,500 calls annually, which makes us one of the busiest fire stations in the whole Northern Virginia region.
The Front Royal Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department, through the dedicated efforts of its members, provides fire education and prevention; fire suppression and rescue; and emergency medical services. These services meet or exceed the expectations of the public and private agencies in order to enhance the quality of life in The Town of Front Royal and The County of Warren.
Thank You for your time and interest in our department.
Please come back often.
